The organizers of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival 2022 and the Stagecoach Festival 2022 will no longer require participants to take negative tests for COVID-19 or evidence of vaccination. Both festivals are scheduled to return this year for the first time since 2019 after they were canceled for two years due to a pandemic.
Stagecoach tweeted on Tuesday that its rules have changed “according to local guidelines”. No changes have been announced on any of Coachella’s social media accounts, but the rules are included Coachella’s “Health and Safety” page state that the festival will not require masks, tests or vaccinations.
