Just in time for the New Year, Dunkin’ will be debuting new items on its menu as well as bringing back some “old friends.”

Among the noveltieswhich will be released on December 28, are a new dark roast option, a brown butter toffee latte, a tomato sandwich with bacon, avocado and biscuit pieces, the company announced in a press release.

With the debut of Dunkin’ Midnight, Dunkin’ described the coffee as “the darkest brew ever.”

“This is a deep and rich coffee blend with notes of bitter chocolate and an intensely dark undertone,” the company said.

The Brown Butter Toffee Latte will feature “bold espresso and subtle brown butter and toffee notes,” according to the release.

The Bacon Avocado Tomato Sandwich, wrapped in sourdough bread, features “oven-roasted tomatoes, creamy avocado spread and crispy bacon,” according to the release.

If guests are looking for something smaller, they’ll be able to try Dunkin’s “latest take on a breakfast classic: the stuffed biscuit,” the company said. The two biscuits will be filled with “bacon, scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese.”

In addition to its new products, Dunkin’ is also bringing back some old favorites.

For its 10th anniversary, the Brownie Batter Donut is returning to the menu earlier than in previous years, the company said.

“The Brownie Batter Donut has a chocolate filling with brownie batter flavored buttercream and is topped with chocolate frosting and sprinkles – something all chocoholics will love,” the company said.

The brownie donut will be on the menu until February 21, the company said.

The company said it is also bringing back its Sweet Black Pepper Bacon, which guests can enjoy as a stand-alone, “easy-to-go” product or in a Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich.

Along with the following menu additions, Dunkin’ is also debuting a Dunkin’-Run, “where guests can add a $1 classic donut with the purchase of a medium or larger hot or iced coffee,” according to the company.
