Cloudy but dry weather ahead for Thanksgiving – 41NBC News

Clouds will hang around for most of the day Thursday, keeping Thanksgiving highs in the 60s. Rain returns on Black Friday.

It’s been a beautiful, warm day in Middle Georgia, but the clouds have already started to press in on the area this evening.

A wedge front will form by Thursday, keeping clouds and highs in the mid-60s.

Mostly after midnight, short-term rain is possible.

On Friday morning, there is a chance of heavy rains and thunderstorms.

It will rain during the day, and it will subside in the evening.

Cloudy weather is expected for most of the day on Saturday, but some rain is expected during the afternoon.

Our next round of showers and thunderstorms will move through the area Saturday night and Sunday morning.

Heavy rain is again possible with this system, but severe weather is not expected.
