As pioneers of automated 5-axis CNC machining, Matsuura Machinery continues to lead with the debuts of the MACH MAM72-52V and MX-420 PC10 – both machines are the latest additions to our world-renowned MAM and MX series, which proudly showcased at booth H20. 442.
Matsuura MAM72-52V, developed from scratch and based on more than 30 years of innovation and excellence in multi-pallet automation, is a “factory in one machine” that allows you to produce variable parts / variable volumes and expand unmanned operation. Equipped with 130 tools based on a tool shop at 330, a proven tower pallet system (PC15) for long-term lighting production and a chip removal system as standard.
This high-speed, high-power 5-axis vertical machining center delivers Matsuura’s 5-axis performance and proudly occupies a unique place in the MAM72 product range, bridging the gap between MAM72-35V and MAM72-70V.
Suitable for a wide range of jobs in many industries, processing a full range of materials, from exotics, titanium, to aluminum and cast iron to “difficult” processing tasks.
Following the great worldwide success of the MX-330 PC10 and responding to customer demand, Matsuura has developed its older brother – the fully automated 5-axis MX-420 PC10, with more power and workload. The MX-420 PC10 will also debut in the UK at MACH.
From our Muratec portfolio we will be exhibiting a fully automated MT series lathe with features including two spindles, multitasking functionality and an intelligent unloader. Enjoying machined blanks or bars, the MT series is a favorite with our UK customers. Muratec CNC machines are a division of Muratec Murata, the world’s largest family of class-leading automation solutions.
Matsuura also showcases the Desktop Metal Studio System 2, a desktop 3D printer that is ideal for producing sophisticated, high-performance custom-made metal parts from a variety of materials. Also on display is Desktop Metal – Fiber, a composite 3D printing machine with great potential in aerospace and motorsport.
“With the bustling and bustling UK manufacturing sector MACH 2022 will be a great show for Matsuura, our wider industry and our growing customer base in the UK. We have chosen for the exhibition machines that continue to lead in the field of reliable CNC automation and provide great returns to our customers and present new opportunities in their CNC business with our products for 3D printing. After an extremely successful 2021, our entire team looks forward to meeting the market at MACH 2022, the UK’s premier technology exhibition, ”said Roger Hawkins, Head of Matsuura Machinery Ltd.
