EXCLUSIVE: Alan Wilson and Creighton Waters on Alex Murd’s guilty verdict

WALTERBORO, SC (WSAV) – WSAV News 3 had an exclusive interview with South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson and Creighton Waters, Chief Prosecutor Alex Murdo murder trial.

Murda was found guilty of murdering his wife and son sentenced to two consecutive life terms.

“The first feeling is excitement, the second feeling is a hundred miles an hour, now what?” Wilson told News 3.

At the end of the day, Waters said he felt comfortable leaving the decision in the hands of the jury.

“Probably, I was less nervous waiting for this verdict than others. And I think the thing is that we worked so hard and for so long and put everything on the table,” Waters said.
