SAVANNA, GA (WSAV) – The 4th annual Savannah series, which begins in March, begins at the mansion in the Great Bohemian Gallery of Forsyth Park.
The exhibition will showcase local artists Ben Dora, Stacey Jean Alban and Ronald Martinez at separate solo exhibitions in March, April and May.
“We are excited to continue our tradition of illuminating local artists who see Savannah as their home and main source of artistic inspiration,” said Carmen Aguirre, director of the Grand Bohemian Gallery. “With a wide range of works of art, including detailed jewelry, landscape paintings and blown glass, these exhibits are sure to offer something for anyone who loves art.”
The intricate jewelry of Savannah metal master Ben Dora will be on display at the artists ’reception on March 10 from 5 to 8 p.m. and will be on display from March 10 to 31.
The first local exhibition of Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) graduate Stacey Gene Albana with her works on paper will open on April 7 with a reception for artists from 5 to 8 pm and will be on display from April 7 to 30.
The works of Ronald Martinez made of blown glass will be presented at a reception at the artists on May 5 from 17 to 20 hours and will be on display from 5 to 31 May.
All exhibits and receptions of artists are free and open to the public.
