Atlanta police have released a surveillance image of the suspect in the Feb. 26 homicide at an apartment complex in the Loring Heights neighborhood.
According to a police report, officers responded to The Atlantic Loring Heights Apartments at 294 Deering Road around 2:30 p.m. in response to a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers found 35-year-old Tarsem Singh Jr. suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services arrived at the scene and transported the man to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.
According to a report on 11 live newsthe suspect and victim knew each other and an argument led to the shooting.
APD said the suspect took off in a silver Nissan Maxima.
