Luxurious slow-cooked stews like this stewed beef, are the perfect winter heater, and the slow cooker feature on your Instant Pot is a great way to create this type of comforting meal. The same goes for curry, and although they can be cooked under pressure if you’re in a hurry, slow cooking allows you to develop and deepen over time, giving you rich and delicious food – try this chicken curry in a multicooker.
Just be sure to leave the steam release valve in a ventilated position so that the dish thickens when cooked slowly. Soups can be cooked under pressure to get a quick result, you get a hearty broth in no time – try it useful lentil soup.
Red meat
The beauty of cooking red meat in an instant pan is that no matter how hard and inexpensive the cut is, you can use a multicooker to turn it into appetizing soft meat that will fall apart even before the fork touches it. This is achieved by fast cooking it on the pressure cooker mode or very slow use of the slow cooker.

This is from experience, I cooked the cheesecake in an instant pan and will never go back to my usual way. Forget about the usual worries of baking a cheesecake on a water bath in the oven and taking care of whether it turns too brown or it sways perfectly, which means it’s time to get it out.
Cooking cheesecake in a pressure cooker removes these problems, gives you some cooking time, and also means you can leave and forget about it until the timer goes off, what could be better? We always cook rice in Instant Pots when we test them for our reviews. Cooking time varies depending on the type of rice, and you may need several attempts to get the right time for your favorite rice. If in doubt, cook on steam or under pressure for the minimum possible time, you can always add more time, but you can’t save overcooked and mushy vegetables. We recommend purchasing a steaming accessory because steaming on the rack that comes with it is difficult.
Once you’ve tried a few vegetables and figured out the time, steaming is a great way to cook vegetables while capturing the flavor while maintaining a good crunch.
