Royal Anfield is finally going to launch its future Scram 411 motorcycle in India in the second week of March. The exact launch date of the new model has not yet been officially announced, but details suggest that it is likely to fall between 11 and 15 March.

There are many expectations around this future motorcycle from Royal Enfield. It was also recently spotted in the dealer’s backyard before launch, which is still a few weeks away.

The Scram 411 will be derived from Royal Enfield Himalayan ADV. Available details suggest that the motorcycle will be more road-oriented iterating the Himalayas, probably with better road abilities. Although the name “Scram” also indicates that it may also be a scrambler avatar of the Himalayas. The company’s invitation to the first attraction of Scram is also a short slow motion video, which flies away the dirt, which contradicts the modern market perception of the motorcycle as a Himalayan motorcycle, convenient for highways and kilometers.

While more details will be available in the coming days, it can be said that the motorcycle will get smaller wheels with spokes shod in off-road tires, a single installation, a new front with a basic headlight installation, and a fresh tail. Recently leaked spy images also detail new bike paint themes that consist of basic black and white colors as well as a few colorful details.

At the center of the motorcycle will still be the same 411cc, a single-cylinder unit that is known to produce 24.3 hp. maximum power. The transfer will remain the same as in the Himalayas. Although, most likely, this device can be configured differently for the Scram 411, given its different nature.

At launch, expect the price to be somewhere around 1.75 lakhs (former showroom).
