“Wasp” has extended his contract with Argentine rapper Rodrigo Martinez. The 23-year-old signed in November before the end of the current season. He is now committed to playing for the English Premier League at least until the end of the 2022-2023 campaign.

There has been rapid growth for Martinez over the past year. Impressing Olímpia Lions in SLAR, he made his test debut for Los Pumas against Australia in September. To date, the looser has played only three games for Wasps, but has shown enough to keep the club.

Unfortunately for Martinez it may take several months until he appears in the fourth performance for Wasps. He suffered an Achilles injury in the warm-up before the game against the Saracens earlier this month and is expected to miss the rest of the 2021-2022 season.
